A television programme that has, for twenty-five years, presented the successes and disasters of conservation to South Africa's people. 50 | 50 has influenced environmental policy, stirred the public against environmental injustices, promoted the work of our dedicated conservationists, and helped to create a stronger awareness of conservation and environmental issues in South Africa.
Our viewers have often joined the fight to protect our natural areas and speak out against environmental injustice.
Now it is gone and maybe forever
The SABC has decided to take 50/50 off air until earliest April 2010, or maybe forever, but we say "BRING BACK 50/50"! If you care for our planet and would like 50/50 to continue please fill in this petition and join the "Save 5050" Facebook group!
